Local Offer
The Children and Families Act (2014) placed a new requirement on all Local Authorities to publish a Local Offer. The Local Offer must provide information on services across Education, Health and Social Care for children and young people who are aged 0 -25 years of age and have special educational needs and / or disabilities (SEND)
The Local Offer includes local provision and provision outside of the area that is likely to be used including regional and national specialist provision.
